Amazing recipe.
I replaced ground ginger with actual ginger because I didn’t have ginger powder. Also I replaced molasses with 1/4 cup of honey. Next time I will use more honey.
Cookies turned out delicious and my family loved them, definitely will make it again. Easy to make and come out super soft after 8 minutes.
