For the meatloaf I eyeballed the seasonings besides the sauce mixture, I also added some ground mustard, Lawrys, and creole seasoning, as well as, a few sprinkles of Worcestershire and two tablespoons of the sauce mix to the meat.
I did use/add a half cup of sweet baby rays to sauce mixture and for the loaf I only did one packet of the onion soup mix. The ritz crackers to substitute as bread crumbs, I crushed up really fine and mixed in. It was a really good recipe, I did use about a five minute longer cook time and let it rest for a bit before I cut into it. Mashed potatoes I used heavy cream, Irish pastured butter, and salt and pepper to taste and then blended with a hand mixer to get them light and fluffy. While boiling the potatoes I I added some olive oil, salt, and some pepper. 10/10 would make again!
