Great recipe easy and quick. I cooked the mushrooms and onion and garlic in advance then put back in the pan and heated up as pasta cooking as I needed it to be ready very quickly. I cooked the mushrooms on a quite a high heat and it really enhanced their flavour . I used chestnut mushrooms quarter and some sliced mushrooms. Also added sprouting broccoli as well as spaghetti and umami paste.
Could you any shape pasta and if you didn’t want to add the extra calories it’s fine without the crème fraîche. Versatile dish.
