A crispy cookie that goes well with coffee, tea or milk. I used brown sugar and white cane sugar. If you do not have oat flour, put oatmeal into your food processor and let it run until it's a flour like consistency. I let my cookies cool on the cookie sheets as stated. When they were cool oh, I used my fingers to give them a slight twist which released them from the pan. While mixing oh, I have to say this is the densest cookie dough I ever worked with but it turned out to be very delicious, crunchy cookie.
