Legendary chicken sandwich. I used half a chicken breast per sandwich, but I guess I didn't end up smashing it out thin enough because I had to finish it for 10 minutes in the oven at 400 degrees. I used brioche bread and wow did it work with this sandwich. The Monterey Jack really is perfect with the chicken.
