Easy tasty creamy cashew sauce ! A great way (the best) to use vegan sausage. I used my immersion blender for the sauce worked awesome. Only had brown rice pasta & excuse the lousy photo I was hungry lol, oh I sprinkled a little vegan parm on top just cause ;) p.s don't over cook your sausage 👍.
