← Replies in Spanish Lentils soup (pressure cooker) Recipe

This was a very good recipe, even with me adding different items that I had to use up. I used chicken broth in place of the water. I also added a blend of cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots. Other items I added were fire roasted peppers and fresh mushrooms. Definitely making this again sometime soon.

I love that you improvised with the vegetables! Part of the spirit of the recipe is that it is a great way to use up any vegetables you have in the house. Glad you enjoyed the recipe!
