I thought it was tasty! Couldn’t find vegan Italian sausage so just went with plain plant-based stuff - I do think Italian sausage would be even tastier if you can find it. This soup was really creamy and wholesome, and I’ll definitely be making it again. Added some worchestshire and soy sauce near the end to amp up the flavor. Don’t skip the kale or pepper flakes!
