These are definitely gooey brownies and delicious! I didn't use the parchment paper thinking if I greased the pan well enough it would be ok...it wasn't! They stuck to the pan I was using terribly! They were very tasty though and I was NOT using a non stick pan, perhaps that would have helped. I will make them again!
