These are so moist and chewy! I added half a cup of semisweet chocolate chips and used half brown sugar. It's hard to tell when they're done, but the middle few inches were still jiggly.

Yes, it's hard to judge when they are done. My top-tip is to look for that good crust (as it isn't a brownie without a good crust), and even if the middle isn't solid, that means you will get a chewier, fudgier (if that's a word 😂) brownie. If the middle is a little gooey, leave to set before cutting up!
