My partner and a friend REALLY loved these. I found them delicious, but they didn’t hit the spot for me texture wise. I find myself wanting something with a more substantial texture that doesn’t smoooosh or fall apart. I’ll be using an oat/chickpea/zucchini burger recipe to fulfill that want. Cute nonetheless! I tweaked the spices to exclude night shades, used white pepper for its cooling TCM effects, added onion and garlic powder etc. Very yummy with homemade pickled onion, laba, beet ketchup, tangy Dijon mustard, vegan Mayo, crisp lettuce etc.
