This was fantastic! I stayed fairly true to the recipe. I didn't have as much Thai basil as it called for but it was still amazingly flavorful. Be sure to use Thai basil, it has a distinct flavor profile integral to the dish. I also will add more Serrano pepper next time. We like it spicy! Overall a great recipe as written.
