Pretty good but *man* was the meat seriously overcooked, grainy and dry after being cooked for like 15-20 minutes on saute, then pressure cooked for another 10 minutes.
From my America's Test Kitchen recipes, I'll change this up a bit. Cook celery and carrots, add meat, cook until *just* browned but not fully cooked, add further ingredients and pressure cook. It's going to cook in the pressure cooker, so you don't want to fully cook the meat.
