Easy and tasty, definitely use the lime.
Ingredient amounts would have been helpful for those of us without cooking instincts. I used one (drained) can of beans, one yellow onion, one avocado, about half a bag of spinach, half the taco seasoning packet, and half of a lime and made more than enough for two quesadillas.
Also I sauteed the onions until softened and browned before adding the seasoning and beans, then I added the spinach last and just mixed until it wilted. I juiced half the lime for the avocado spread, juiced a quarter for a sour cream dip, and sliced the last quarter for garnish.
