I did mine a little differently than the recipe.
Half a box of penne noodles
2 lbs of chicken breast cut into chunks (Though, I would bake the chicken with the seasoning then shred it for the dish next time)
1 Tablespoon of Cumin
1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon of Salt
1 Tablespoon of Pepper
1 can of Arriba! Mild Fire Roasted Mexican Red Salsa
1 can of petite diced tomatoes
1 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese.
It was great, though 👏
