This dish is really yummy, after a little extra seasoning. I used dry thyme along with the fresh, the cinnamon, and a decent amount of general seasonings like our garlic, onion, salt, pepper. It was pretty bland for the most part outside of those seasonings. I brown the chicken with seasonings as well as seasoned my bacon while it was frying in the pan. I think all in all its a delicious and nutritional dish that just needs a little bit of whatever YOU like and want to make it unique to you:)
