This. Was. Fabulous! It tasted SO GOOD. We are in love with it and after one try , this recipe will be safely tucked under our go-to file. 5 stars and would highly recommend. Super easy and honestly this was the first time I’ve cooked anything with the broil setting. So despite a little intimidation, this was the perfect intro into learning a new process.

Some glass dishes cannot go under the broiler. They could explode, it should say on the bottom whether it's broiler safe or not. I hope you stay safe. You made this sound so delicious I will have to try it ☺️
