- Took 1/2 Tbsp for every "spoonful."
- Used four chiles; wasn't too spicy.
- Didn't have tomatoes but left-over passata; worked great.
- Skipped the turmeric without issue.
- Couldn't get any cilantro, used parsley, which was fine.
- No chicken thighs available either; chicken inner fillet works fine for this recipe, given the amount of spices.
