My recipe: When doing prep I try to prep a new dressing each week to keep my salads interesting. This creamy southwest dressing can be made with stuff you likely have at home. If not dairy free you can use plain yogurt instead of mayo. Creamy and full of flavor for my whole30 this year. It keeps for about 10 days in the fridge.
