These were incredible!! Fast and easy to make. I cut
the recipe in half but followed all the directions
otherwise. I used kerrygold butter and used 1 1/4
cup plus 2 tbsp buttermilk to bring it together. I
made 4 large biscuits, but could easily make smaller
ones/whatever size I fancy at that time. Baked for 20
min for the 4 large ones. So flaky and buttery. Will
make again.
