Heads up! Both times I've made this, I got the Food Burned message on Instant pot. The sugar from the dates caremlizes on the bottom . Just added another batch of wine/ balsamic/ beef broth. Hope it works. (Also added 1 chopped fresh de-seeded jalepeno w the onion to add a kick of heat.)
