Just made a batch of Valerie Bertinelli's Cauliflower "Potato" Salad. It's chilling in the refrigerator now, and will be my dinner/supper tonight. So looking forward to it. Tasted it before it went into the refrigerator, and it was delicious. Can't wait until it's chilled for all the flavors to come together.
