Overall it was pretty good and it was fun to make. I did add a little bit more tomato paste and pesto to the chicken because the first when I made didn't have a lot of flavor in the chicken. Also in the next batch that I made I didn't put in any olives. Then once everything was done I baked them instead of using the stove top.
