Yum! It was a very good recipe! Requires a lot of dishes (a pot, 2 pans, a casserole dish, and immersion blender), but it was simple enough to execute. The butternut squash sauce was quite tasty, but we felt it could have used more cheese. Currently the only cheese in the dish is the layer on top. So next time we’ll mix in a little extra cheese with the pasta to meld more with the butternut. We’ll also add some panko on top for some nice texture! We couldn’t get the cheese to brown so the panko will make it crispy
