These were really easy, and tasty for how quick they were! I made them too big, which resulted in slightly burnt bottoms when they finally browned on top. That's a me thing, next time I'll make them a touch smaller. I also didn't have time for the butter on top, which was a shame, as I think that would make these great rather than good.

I bake all my breads, biscuits, cookies, etc on stoneware & no issues with burnt bottoms
