This was really nice. We had some lamb loin chops to use and this looked simple, but it really delivered on flavor. I enjoyed the dressing for the greek salad; I normally just do red wine vinegar and olive oil, but I liked doing lemon and oil and emulsifying it so it stuck better. The yogurt sauce for the lamb seems like a throwaway, but it really added a lot. We did ours with dairy free feta and yogurt and it was still fantastic.
