Definitely follow other comments advice and add beans, I used refried beans and made a jalapeno pico de Gallo as well as guacamole. Using a premade taco seasoning packet helped make flavoring the meat a lot easier and definitely flip the taquitos halfway through cooking to make it crispy all around, flour tortillas give the taquitos a hint of sweetness in my opinion which was yummy.
