Probably the weakest recipe for vegan loaf I’ve made. If it weren’t for the glaze, it wouldn’t have any taste at all, save for the overwhelming garlic that didn’t get cooked through. Took forever to make and in the end, my kid tried one bite and declared she hated it. And while I finished my plate because I was famished, I don’t really blame her. I was hoping to have this for lunch tomorrow but it will definitely get a pass. I really have no recommendations to improve this other than to start over with a different recipe altogether.
