This was good! The Ritz cracker breading was good and the chicken was moist and tender.
So, since the recipe called for 1 chicken, I bought 1 chicken and cut it up myself into breasts, wings, tenderloins, thighs & drumsticks.
For the “bake at 350°” step, it only took 25 minutes until the chicken was ready.
Sure, I would do this one again. One change would be to use cooking racks on the baking sheet to hold the bottom up from the juice. Prevent sogginess.
