Seasoned meat with s&p before searing. Tossed 5 carrots( large diced), 4 red potatoes (halved), 1 1/2onions (quartered), 16 oz mushrooms with 1 onion soup packet. Sprinkled 2nd onion soup packet over seared meat, added broth, then added veg on top. Cooked for 70 min (next time maybe 75-80?) bc used cornstarch to make gravy with liquid. Served with cauliflower mash.
