This has become such a staple at our house that I make the spice rub in larger quantity for the pantry.
I like to reduce the honey and use very little cayenne.
After it’s cooked I put the tenderloin chunks and the sauce in my mixer and turn it into pulled pork and make quesadillas with it.
Today I didn’t have fresh garlic so I diced a small onion and sautéed that with some garlic powder in the butter. Yum!
