So delicious! Makes a BIG batch. My husband and I couldn't finish it all before it started going bad. Too bad our kids are too little to share it with them, so will be cutting the recipe in half next few times I make it. Eating it the 1st and 2nd day it is it's best. After that, it can start to become kind of soggy. Don't refrigerate or it'll harden up - keep at room temp. Definitely a dessert to impress those who never had butter mochi.
