I can't grasp why, but I really didn't like this salad. Maybe it's a texture thing, definitely a taste thing, but this recipe is not for me. Maybe add (platbased) feta cheese, mint and more

I wonder if soy beans would be a good substitute? I don't like chickpeas bc of the texture lol

I think soy could be an alternative, yes, leaving it out would mean that there's way less protein.

Whitney I couldn’t do soy because I don’t like eating it but I can’t think of a good alternative. ;/
