I love this easy chicken chili recipe for the Instant Pot. I leave out the bell peppers because I'm not a fan and increase the cayenne to kick up the heat. Mixing chicken breast and thigh is also a good alternative

I use 3-4 Serranos instead of jalapeños because they’re spicier. My kids love this recipe!
