Quite possibly the best chicken I've ever made. This was a raging success with everyone. Added asparagus as a side (easily found on the app but simply pulled the chicken out to rest, put a little avocado oil in the same skillet and tossed in the spears, added cracked pepper, pinch of low sodium salt, and lemon juice, then sprinkled once plated with parmesean.)
Came out moist and the avocado/tomato blended amazingly with the chicken. Add the tang of the balsamic and you've got a killer dinner!
