We substituted the fire roasted tomatoes for just regular petite diced tomatoes and it still turned out a little on the spicy side overall it was fairly delicious I would personally add a little bit more cream cheese it definitely made a decent size serving I used two chicken breasts one box of noodles and everything else by the recipe basically and it's definitely plenty enough to at least feed four to six people depending on who you're feeding LOL
