Pretty good! We used aquafaba instead of eggs, so they didn’t hold together too well, so we made them thicker. Also air fried them instead of sautéing. I dunked them in ketchup, which gave me some meatloaf vibes, but tasty. It was also pretty nice with Ranch, as well as some Parmesan sprinkled on top. I may add parm to the mixture next time. Not too hard to make either.
