I didn't hate this recipe, but I think the key is to have good brussel sprouts. the ones I had ended up being tough, but stringy and it really ruined the recipe. I would try it again, but probably wouldn't chance it with the sprouts and would use a different veggie instead. or just put a veggie on the side.

I wanted fried Brussels one time, so I took frozen and microwaved for the lower time they said and then fried them they turned out great so that might work instead of fresh that could turn out hard.
