Technically I ate this and my friend made it - but this was the best pumpkin pie I’ve EVER eaten. I’m a hard sell on pumpkin pie but wow, this was so silky smooth and had great flavor. I think it’s the mix of pumpkin and sweet potato. If I need to make one in the future I’d use this recipe and heartily recommend it to anyone who’s a pumpkin pie skeptic!
