Very easy to make and absolutely delicious. I wanted to pull them out of the oven before the full time because they were getting a really dark brown and I was afraid they were burning. I left them in, however, and I’m so glad I did. Perfectly crispy on the outside and super flavorful and creamy on the inside. I went with Yukon gold potatoes because that’s our preference.
