While making a roux isn't exactly time friendly, the effort is definitely worth it! Creamy, smooth, and beyond tasty; I used Gouda, Sharp Cheddar, and Havarti cheese slices, which also work well if you don't have shredded cheese on hand. Will be making again, 10/10
