Very nice. The biggest thing I couldn't stress enough about is when you transfer pan from oven back to stove top is to REMEMBER NOT TO GRAB THE HANDLE without a tea towel or oven mitts cause that bi**h is HOT AF! My hand has a big blister on it, otherwise the meal was very nice. Definitely would make again with some veg in it next time 🥰 I did add a little more of some ingredients.
