Serving sizes are very individual, of course, and I've seen all sorts of different concepts on Whisk. Personally, for entrées I tend to want a serving to have between 25% and 55% of the daily protein requirements. Assuming a 2000 calorie diet, this works well at 6 servings, but some people (like men) need more like 2500.
