Made with ground turkey as I don't eat beef like that, and it still tasted really good.
Listened to the comments and cut the brown sugar (only used 1/2 of what's written in the recipe). Didn't have sesame oil, but added a splash of rice vinegar. It's a bit dry in the end, so trying to find a way to keep as much sauce as possible, but it will definitely become a quick meal staple.
