This was super simple to make and the flavor was excellent! A great way to use up ground beef

super easy and delicious. I just left the red pepper flakes out to make it a little more friendly to my 5 and 2 year old and put some on my individual plate. I honestly recommend making 2 lbs of meat MINIMUM, cause it's so delicious, I couldn't stop eating!!
My whole family loves this recipe! You can add veg as you like, and play down the spice for kiddos if needed. Very versatile, shat you have on hand kind of recipe.

I sometimes sub rice noodles with a little sesame oil for the rice and include matchstick carrots, broccoli, zucchini or yellow squash

So fast and easy! Left the pepper flakes away to make it kid friendly and added homemade chili oil to our bowls. Kid loved it and we did too!

Super bland and too sweet for me. Iâd probably try a different version of this and add some spice.

Add steamed broccoli, and skip red pepper flakes for kids (let adults put it on their own). Kids love this in my house. They call it "cookie meat"and ask for it all the time.

I added finely diced shallot and diced pear to it. Very nice. Super simple week night dinner.
