I was pleasantly surprised with this recipe. Everyone loved it!
I followed the recipe as is, except that I used a mixture of white and brown express rice packets for the rice. It worked perfectly!
I lightly boiled some chopped carrot and pea pods to add a healthy tasty crunch. What else can I say?
It was quick, easy, and most important of all...it was very delicious! There was none leftover!
It's one of those recipes that will join our normal rotation for sure.
