I found that the marinade was easy to make with store cupboard bits. I added a little more oil in order for it to spread over 4 pork chops. To cook, I used a Griddle pan. I served with some sticky rice, spicy spuds, and some asparagus for a little veg addition. Was a nice meal overall. I reccomend.
