For rice: Added two no-chicken bullions, 1 1/2 tablespoons of vegan buttery stick, 1-2 tsp of garlic salt to the water for 3 cups of brown rice. Oh, so good!
Stir fry: Used frozen stir fry, added cashews, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tsp of ground ginger, then sauce (3 tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp cornstarch, 3 tbsp liquid aminos all purpose seasoning (alternative to soy sauce), 1/4 cup chicken-style broth, a shake or two of red pepper flakes). Turned out really well. Great taste!
