My go-to flatbread recipe! It's quick, easy for Beginner Bakers, and can easily be jazzed up with spices or herb butter. Very easy to double or triple if you want leftovers! (Note: you do NOT need to double/triple the yeast.) If you want them to puff up like a pita pocket, tear off a piece of dough, fold all the corners in (making a pocket in the middle), and smooth between your hands to seal -- then roll out and cook. Or don't, and you'll get a more naan-like final result. Either way, they're delicious!
