Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the flour, salt and yeast together.
Step 2
Add the warm milk and water, mixing thoroughly until it just begins to come together.
Step 3
Add the olive oil incrementally while kneading until the dough is smooth and supple, about 10mins.

Oil the bowl and dough, cover, and let rise for 1hr.
Step 5
Cut the dough into 8 equal-sized pieces. Flatten each dough ball, folding the corners in towards the center to create a dough ball with a pocket inside.
Step 6
Roll to your desired thickness, then cook in a dry skillet over medium heat until deep brown spotting appears on each side.
